OUR SIGNATURE SETS
JAIL PRISON CELLS W/ BARS, PAYPHONE SET.
Cells are in a 500 SF industrial space near the Van Nuys airport that’s perfect for small productions and short projects.
Both have rolling bar doors
+ Payphone is real. Can be removed to have a clean wall.
+ Comes with 2 cots and foam mattresses. NO LINENS
+ includes a rolling set piece with “bulletproof” glass that is used for inmate and visitor scenes.
+ Has two payphone handsets.
ASYLUM / PADDED CELL SET
The asylum cell is in a 500 SF industrial space near the Van Nuys airport that’s perfect for small productions and short projects.
Cell is padded on all 6 sides.
+ Solid Door Cell has a moving wall that allows a camera position.
+ Plenty of room for camera op to be in the cell with talent.
+ Measures (6.5′ W X 8′ D x 7.5′ T)

ASYLUM PADDED SET
A small 500 sqft padded room set designed for simple and controlled scenes, with soft walls and a clean, enclosed space. Le Chalet LA makes it suitable for controlled or intense scenes. A simple and practical setup for creative projects, music videos, and experimental content.

STUDIO NOTES & POLICIES
We want your production at Le Chalet LA to be seamless. These guidelines help us maintain the quality of our Jail Cell and Padded Asylum sets for every creator.
No to all of the following: adult content, fire, burning, SFX, painting, rigging on set, drilling into set, taking apart or modifying ANY part of the set in ANY way, etc without written permission.
PLEASE NOTE: We rent to confirmed accounts ONLY.
If members of your group are <21, you are required to hire a site rep @ $25 / hr you are here paid directly to the rep. MUST set up prior to shoot date.
